- Byadagi chillies come in two types: dabbi and kaddi. We use the kaddi variety which is best suited for masala preparations.
- It is named after the town of Byadgi which is located in the Haveri district of Karnataka
- We grind it onsite enabling village and rural women empowerment and employment and export directly.
