Who & How ...

Sara, aka Saraswati is passionate only about two main things in her life, her two daughters and hubby and her deep desire to create, try and delivery authentic Maharashtrian cuisine and for which she needed one important thing here in the UK - Authentic, Freshly made Maharashtrian Masalas ! So was born Sara's Fresh Masale in her lovely kitchen which is a kitchen gadget mini-store ! Each recipe is tried and tested to perfection before its professional version is established which again goes through her rigorous and minute inspections and only a fixed bulk quantity batch is prepared, thus always maintaining the flavours, aroma and taste of those masale from across our Maharashtra ....

We have also since empowered rural women groups across Maharashtra and beyond at source from where we get our freshly harvested ingredients. May it be turmeric from Sangli, Byadgi Chilli from Karnataka or Coriander Seeds from Ramganj Market in Rajasthan - Quality, Freshness, Made in India and Rural Women Empowerment is our prime focus always where possible.
